Shipping and refund policy
Orders for ready to ship items will ship with in 1-2 days. Orders that include custom items (care cards) have a turn around time of 3-4 days to allow time for mock ups, approval and production. Tracking will be provide when order is shipped. First Class mail is not insured, if package is lost or damaged in transit no refund can be offered. Priority Mail includes insurance, if package is lost or damaged I can help to file a claim. Please select Priority Mail if you want your package insured.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds nor returns, please review your order before checking out. If you see an error on your order or would like to make a change after you have checked out please email and we can update the order prior to it shipping.
